Very helpful staff. Convenient location for visiting elephant places nearby. Elegant rooms, beautiful view from the villa. Great facilities, restaurant, and swimming pool. Relaxing atmosphere, especially at dusk and dawn. Lanna-style inspired room decor. Excellent breakfast with options. Convenient for visiting friends in Mae Rim and route 118.
Can’t fault anything about it.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel up in the mountains. This place provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by rice fields and offering stunning views at dusk and dawn. The room decor was inspired by lanna-style, giving it a unique and charming ambiance. The service was top-notch, with three different managers overseeing the attentive and friendly staff. They made me feel truly pampered throughout my stay.
In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to all. The facilities, service, room amenities, dining, and staff were all outstanding.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, situated amidst the stunning rice fields. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities and rooms were top notch. The staff were accommodating and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the convenient transportation to nearby elephant sanctuaries. Additionally, the location up in the mountains provided breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
Couldn't fault anything during our stay.

The resort is located up in the mountains, providing breathtaking views of the surroundings. the rooms are nicely decorated in Lanna-style and have beautiful bathrooms. the swimming pool is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. the food for breakfast was reportedly excellent, and the restaurant facilities are nice.
The hotel's staff did not speak basic English, which made communication difficult for foreign guests.

Great views of the surrounding area and very cozy accommodation. The wood finish of the room gave it a lovely traditional feel. The location was also a plus, it was fairly close to the city center but secluded enough for us to enjoy some peace and quiet. The breakfast options were fantastic, with three different sets to choose from.
The staff's grasp of English was far from great, and we had difficulties trying to communicate with them. getting a taxi was an issue, given the high price charged for transportation.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great facilities provided at this resort, including the swimming pool which was surrounded by a serene atmosphere. the beautiful view from my villa balcony was also a plus. the food served at the restaurant was of great quality, making this a perfect location for those who appreciate good cuisine.
I must say that I was disappointed by the lack of attention from the staff when it came to the quality of service. It felt as though they were understaffed, which resulted in long waiting times for drinks and the option of taxi services that were absurdly overpriced.
